Fruits cake recipe

 FRUIT CAKE RECIPE.





🌟 INGREDIENTS


◾️250g (1 cup + 2tbsp) butter 

◾️200g (1 cup) sugar 

◾️300g (2⅓ cups) flour 

◾️1¼ tsp baking powder 

◾️1tsp cinnamon powder 

◾️1tsp dark vanilla 

◾️½ tsp vanilla oil 

◾️¼ cup gold syrup 

◾️¼ cup black teeackle 

◾️Pinch of salt

◾️2 tbsp browning 

◾️5 large eggs 

◾️½ cup mixed fruit 

◾️Almond nuts (as desired)

◾️Pecan nuts (as desired)

◾️Cashew nuts (as desired)


🌟 PROCEDURE: 


◾️Cream your butter and sugar either with your wooden paddle or mixer till pale and light.


◾️Mix your baking powder together with your flour, salt, cinnamon and set aside.


◾️Add in your already whisked egg followed by your flavour, gold syrup, black treackle and browning.


◾️Mix for 5mins.


◾️Start adding in your flour, followed by your already alcoholic soaked fruit, 


◾️Or you can probably toss the fruit in flour before pouring it into the flour and fold in with your turning stick or whisk till all incorporates.


◾️You can as well soak debino with the fruit (remove the seed inside and cut into piece, it can be sprayed on top of your batter with the nuts) 


◾️Pour in your already greased pan and pop into your already preheated oven and bake for 35- 40 mins at 180°c. 


◾️Cool properly before slicing or frosting.
