Vanilla Ice Cream
Ingredients:
2 cups (480ml) heavy cream
1 cup (240ml) whole milk
¾ cup (150g) granulated sugar
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
Method:
In a large bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, and sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved. Stir in the vanilla extract. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until thick and creamy. Transfer to a container and freeze for about 2-4 hours until firm.

Chocolate Ice Cream
Ingredients:
2 cups (480ml) heavy cream
1 cup (240ml) whole milk
¾ cup (150g) granulated sugar
¾ cup (75g) unsweetened cocoa powder
100g melted dark chocolate (optional, for extra richness)
Method:
In a bowl, whisk cocoa powder and sugar together. Gradually whisk in the milk until smooth and no lumps remain. Stir in the heavy cream and melted chocolate if using. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn until creamy. Transfer to a container and freeze until set.

Strawberry Ice Cream
Ingredients:
2 cups (480ml) heavy cream
1 cup (240ml) whole milk
¾ cup (150g) granulated sugar
1½ cups (250g) fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Method:
Blend strawberries with lemon juice and half the sugar until smooth. In another bowl, mix the heavy cream, milk, and the remaining sugar until the sugar dissolves. Stir in the strawberry puree. Pour into an ice cream maker and churn until thick. Freeze for a few hours until fully set.
