How to make condensed milk sponge cake

 Condensed Milk Sponge Cake

Ingredients:

1 cup (250g) condensed milk

1 ¼ cups (160g) all-purpose flour

½ cup (120ml) melted butter or oil

3 eggs

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp baking soda

1 tsp vanilla extract

¼ cup (60ml) milk (if needed for consistency)

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a cake pan (8-inch round or loaf pan).

In a bowl, beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add condensed milk and whisk until well combined.

Pour in melted butter (or oil) and vanilla extract. Mix well.

In another bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, and baking soda.

Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. If the batter is too thick, add a little milk for a smooth consistency.

Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Let the cake cool before slicing. Enjoy with tea or coffee!
